As part of the three-year agreement, NeoGames's extensive library of captivating lottery games will be incorporated into the Scientific Games platform, giving Pennsylvania Lottery players access to various award-winning eInstant games. The games will roll out on the lottery operator in the coming 2024 year.

The new partnership increases NeoGames' growing list of partner lottery operators in the United States and Canada. The company currently supplies its iLottery products to eight lotteries in North America.

In April 2023, NeoPollard Interactive, a company jointly owned by NeoGames and Pollard Banknote Limited, announced a deal with Virginia Lottery. Following this agreement, Virginia Lottery became the first lottery operator in the United States to operate an independent cloud-based iLottery program.

With over 250 games produced since its founding, the company's in-house game studio, NeoGames Studio, has a 17-year of experience in providing regulated lotteries worldwide with a steady flow of premium eInstant games. The revolutionary eInstant game, Desert Fantasy, was recently named the Best New Game at the EGR North America Awards 2023.

In late July, the company signed a four-year deal with LEIA (Lotteries Entertainment Innovation Alliance AS) to broaden its European market reach. Following the agreement, the company's in-house games launched in France, Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

Drew Svitko, Pennsylvania Lottery's Executive Director, commented:

“We are delighted to be able to add the successful and innovative NeoGames Studio portfolio to our iLottery online platform. We are always looking for innovative ways to enhance the digital games experience for our valued players and NeoGames Studio has a content portfolio that is packed with entertaining experiences. We believe that this deal will enhance the Lottery's appeal to online players, while fulfilling the PA Lottery's mission of boosting proceeds to programs that benefit older residents.”

Hili Shakked, Managing Director of NeoGames Studio, added:

"Through this partnership with Scientific Games and the Pennsylvania Lottery, we are able to bring our premium eInstant games to a large new market of players. This collaboration is a further illustration of our commitment to providing innovative, engaging games that meet the needs of lottery customers. We are confident that this long-term agreement will be a win-win for all stakeholders."
