The smoke-free building, located at 1140 Grant Ave., offers various amenities to its residents. These include security cameras, intercom devices, and an online platform for leasing, rent payment, and maintenance requests. The building is conveniently situated near the 167th Street subway station, providing easy access to the B and D lines. Additionally, it is just a few blocks away from the Bronx Museum of the Arts.

Design and Construction

The five-story building, designed by Rise Architecture, replaced a brick multifamily building. The exterior construction of the new development was completed last year, according to city records.

The apartments are specifically designated for New Yorkers who earn 130 percent of the area median income (AMI). The AMI varies based on the number of people in the household. Currently, the AMI for a two-person household in New York City is $113,000. The available apartments include one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
