The affordable housing lottery has been launched for 61 Delmonico Place, a four-story residential building located in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. This development, designed by S. Wieder Architect and developed by Joel Jakobowitz, offers a total of eight residences.
The building offers a range of amenities for its residents. These include bike storage lockers, package lockers, a virtual doorman, a shared laundry room, a gym with a yoga/dance studio, a recreation room, and a rooftop terrace.
The units in 61 Delmonico Place come equipped with various features to enhance the living experience. These include patios or balconies, hardwood floors, energy-efficient appliances, intercoms, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes.
There are three units available for residents with an income at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI). These one-bedroom units have a monthly rent of $3,126 and are suitable for individuals or households with incomes ranging from $107,178 to $165,230.
Prospective renters who are interested in these affordable housing units must meet the income and household size requirements. Applications can be submitted online or by mail, and must be postmarked or submitted no later than March 1, 2024.
